Interbank Lesotho withdraw my name from the credit bureaus I don't owe you

Nedbank Lesotho failed me( Tselane Mamotselisi Makhele Lichaba RB342373), I had a loan with them for 14 months and it was full paid and they even send a document to my work place to stop with the stop order I am done paying but last year I discovered that I am on credit bureaus that I did not pay them,when I want services from the bank they are accompanied by the document they send to my work in order to get services,I went there several times to ask them cancel that and withdraw my name from the credit bureaus but failed due to excuses that sb who can be help is not around,I am tired of this and I need NEDBANK COE to help me with this issue,I can't afford to go around with many papers when I need services at my own bank.
