Insurance on my house

I had a home loan with Nedbank. After my home loan was paid off, they still deducted my insurance from my account for more than a year. I then requested my deeds for my house. Now i wanted to use my insurance for my house,but when I called the call center it was said that it was canceled. I never canceled it from my side. I want my insurance reinstated and keep my insurance with Nedbank.
