Insurance ****mers

I have been insured by Nedgroup Insurance for the past 22 years. They are insurers that look for reasons to repudiate claims. I had a burst water pipe. The plumber chopped up my floor to get to the pipe. According to the plumber he was only allowed to replace the leaking piece, even though he could see the rest of the pipe was not in good condition, we paid them to replace end to end. When coming to the fixing of them floor, due to the floor being epoxy and runs from the bathroom into a bedroom, Nedgroup Insurance refuses to repair the floor as it means replacing the entire floor. I would suggest anyone that has insurance with Nedgroup change to a better service provider.
