Insurance hoax

Car insurance saga continues. MY son was in accident early February, it took almost three months to get R22000 damage to a polo fixed. We did not have any say in panel beater, etc. Then after the car was eventually fixed, he got it back and it was ****** a week later from where he lives. I guess with a key copied at panel beater. There is a video of the ******* and it again took a month for the claim to be paid out. Now he has to give the rental cutesy car, he pays for via insurance back after 27 days. He still don't have car, and he cannot buy a new car, since the original loan has not been settled yet. Unbelievable soapy like drama. I would highly advise against insuring anything with Nedbank.
