Good day

I had a claim a while back, for a geyser, the geyser was repaired and all was working fine until today when it just started making electricity trip. Now I ask this because I was advised then that the geyser had a 5 year warranty, should anything go wrong I should contact you, normally when this happens it’s a sign that the geyser element is faulty, therefore I ask what do I need to do in a case like this, the geyser is about 2 years old..Please advise.
