Insurance don't want to process my claim, its been two months now

i have been struggling to get the loan insurance to process my claim for over 60 days now. i submitted the documents, called them and they said they received the documents, only to find out today after calling them that they still need additional information. had i not called them i still would have no knowledge of the status of my application.
