Insurance Cover

Good day

Can someone please assist me, I called Nedbank Insurance looking for a competitive quote and I was assisted by a lady named Chalet Nare, (a bit unprofessional for a call center I must point out). I then told her that I would like to insure my car, cellphone, and my laptop which I own and use it for school as well as work that I do on the side, she then told me that Nedbank will not cover the laptop, please clarify.?
