INSURANCE Companies are a ****!!

Nedbank Insurance - NO OWNERSHIP of queries, Constant transferring to multiple departments, no1 wants to assist me and all I want to do is log a claim, I did not ask @NedbankMFC to transfer administration of my Policy to Nedbank insurance, I was very happy dealing with @Innovation Group there were never any issues. I spoke to Ziningi Ngobese at Nedbank a whole Team leader that never called me back, I'm still waiting... But its nice when they take my money.... but they can't give me assistance when I need it... What is wrong with INSURANCE COMPANIES
