insurance clsim rejected after all info sent

I claimed from my insurance after there was a breakin at my house. Amongst things i claimed that made them to reject my claim is that bought 2 PSP bundles from FNB last year July and was delivered. On the delivery note it stipulated that i received, under 1 serial number 2 PSP devices. the invoice shows 2 serial numbers with (S***D and S***F)only. the number devices per serial number is X2. Hamptom Hendricks from IWYZE contacted FNB and they explained to hi that yhey delivered 2 packages with 4 devices as it appears in the invoice and delivery note and that they issued only 1 serial number per deal. he was adamant that there must be the other serial numbers and that lead to him declining my whole claim citing that i an trying to def***** them. Now my policy is cancelled and have ligitimate proof that i received 4 units from FNB.
