Insurance claim approved but forget about seeing the money!

I made an insurance claim with Nedbank insurance over 2 months ago.The claim was "approved" on October 27th, to this day I have not received a cent of this claim.All I have received are no return of phone calls and emails that I have sent or spoken to call center agents to escalate.The cherry on top is that I laid a formal complaint on got assigned a complaint officer who only called me once and has since never returned all numerous emails of mine.If a call center agent " opens my profile", the very best they can tell me is that a payment has been made and it will reflect in 48 hours.I don't know how many hours are in 2 months but it definitely cant be 48 hours.
