Insurance claim

Nedbank is the worst bank i know, I have placed a claim on my Dream maker policy, since last year October. They have been telling me that they have technical issues and that they will get back to me and i have not received my money till today and they have been telling me me that in not the only one who is affected, what kind of a bank is that cause i have Saving my money with them now im putting a withdrawal claim they cant gibe me my money, im in need of my money, i was saving for hard times with this bank but now they are the ones who are giving me a hard time to get my money
