Insurance claim

I reported a borehole pump that was strucked by lighting on satreday 19 January 2016 and reported it on Monday 21 January 2016 with claim no C*** the contractor did contacted me on Monday afternoon just after 1pm and said that everybody where out and they will call me first thing Tuesday morning but I didn't receive any feed back from them I need to call them my self to get informed that everybody already went out to other sites I don't have any water at home and I stay on a small holding
