Insurance canceled but Nedbank still debit my acc

I cancelled my building insurance in January, forwarded all required documentation through to Nedbank,my account got debited in February .... And then the fight began the call centre agent promissed to back date the cancellation and refund my insurance premium to my account wich I provided all the account details for. I never received my refund and now I get debited again... Now I need to call Nedbank on Monday at my expense to once again try to resolve this matter .....this is against TCF , FAIS and the FSB.
