Insurance Assist "Pick Up" Service

We called to book to book a " Pick up" for this comming Satuday in number ***. My wife had to speak to four different people, each one could not help they are working from home and having a party on Monday. Each person said we transfer you or we need to phone ***. They then cut the call, a culture that stems from post 1994. I need you to investigate this matter because if we had this ecperience rhwn evertone is have the same bad service from these people you pay.
