Good day,

I asked for them to add 5 members on my policy and they added three, i then responded immediately that i do not want that policy because they have added only 3 members n should continue debiting for only 1 member which is me, they did not respond, never changed. N they dr my acc with 416. Without any agreement, I did not agree to that policy and i have emails to prove it
