insurance

<p>I already send in a complaint regarding nedbank,sothis is a follow up report.I was working at a mine which has been liquadated,so i send the documents through to nedbank insurance claim dept,Then nobody from nedbank had the decency to inform me,that on my homeloan account im not covered,but istad lot of agents from nedbank phoned and if i explained they said they will see to wher eis the documents.So meanwhile i found out that the documents was never submiited.Today nedbank call cetre phone me and inform me that im not covered.Allthough its stipulated in the contract that me monthly instalment on this bond account is 5400,the payment that went off as per debit order for the past 9 years is R7013.Insurance on house:Igot a statement from Nedbank that i pay R320 each month.I dont know for what is that insurance,but if the mine closed down,I havent got insurance.on this bond account.At this stage im still unemployed.Can anybody please assist me in this matter.Thank you</p>
