Insufficient refund from Credit card

I'm having such a hard time with Nedbank SAA credit card division. I called in to ask for the settlement amount on my credit card balance and i was given R 84 932.77 (call reference number ********** 4) which i then paid over 2 transactions (Debit and the EFT), there was some cash in my account which then gave a total of R 85 160.13. They said they cant close the card at the time of my call since these amounts are not yet allocated but assured me that there will be no more interests and this settlement amount wont change.

Today when i called about closing the account and asking about my refund since the account has more money that the settlement amount, i was told they will only give me R21.00 instead of R 227.36 i want my money.
