Insufficient Funds Penalty Fees

I am unemployed and dependent on R350 srd government grant and have no other means of income. My Nedbank UnlockedMe account where grant is usually paid in has been in default of insufficient funds due to circumstances beyond my control for the past two months while still awaiting payment of R350 grant from Sassa. In the meantime Nedbank is bombarding my already in default account with multiple insufficient funds penalty fees. This is ridiculous as I am not using the account at the moment but merely checking balance on the Nedbank App. I have received two ridiculous unsatisfactory answers from two separate Nedbank query platforms and demand that these multiple exorbitant penalty fees be reduced to a reasonable amount for the two months this account is in default.
