Insufficient funds charges

Nedbank keeps ripping people off with their insufficient funds charges for the same transaction. I had over 18 ins funds notifications on my Acc for the same transaction, without even being alerted of it. Now my Acc is in arrears. This is not only absurd, but it should be ******* and *********
