Instant payments at nedbank is a false statement.
A client made a instant payment to my acc. 4 hours has past and still no site of that payment. If u state on your website that instant transfer can take up to 30mins to reflect THEN IT MUST REFLECT IN THE RECIEVERS ACOUNT IN 30 MINS!!!! If u fail to exersize your terms its called false advertising .....and thats against the law. And yet tgey come away with it every day. But when i break the law i get fined or thrown in jail. So my question is, what makes them so special that they can break the law and dont get punished for it?

13 Jul 2025, 12:25Its now been 24 hours and their instant clear is still not cleared. Im now phoning their customer care but the phone has been ringing for 20min and still no answer.i have checked that the POP is done to the right acount nr and that was ordered to be cleared immidiatly. It leaves with no choice than to open a ******** case for theft against them.
