Thank you very much for resolving my query. It's understandable that Technology makes errors sometimes as no system in the world is perfect.

I was so frustrated when the instant payment didn't work, but my issue was resolved. Thank you very much. I forgot the name of the lady who assisted me and even called me back for progress.
