Instant money

Nedbank DOESN'T understand the definition of instant. I was in urgent need of money, made an instant payment from my Nedbank to my Capitec account...only for the funds to reflect more than an hour later. Never been so frustrated. I'm gonna close ALL my accounts that I have with Nedbank. They suck!
