Instalment deducted for cancel bond
My Nedbank bond was cancelled on the 23rd January 2015 and Nedbank refunded on the 28 January excess funds..<br> <br> To my surprise Nedbank debited my cheque account with R12,449.42, why is this as I don't have a bond with Nedbank anymore.<br> <br> My bond account number is *** and Ref ***0.<br> <br> My debit orders are going unpaid because of this unauthorized Nedbank debit order on cancelled bond, who will pay for penalties for unpaid debit orders?
