Installment or consolidation

I am a client at nedbank and i had two loans the one is more than 7months paid and the other one is more than 4months now,So i want to make aconsolidation of the two to pay only one instalment,They said i cant i must qualify first i told them ok i want to rejuce my installment they also said i must call collections department and i did but i cant reach them all the consultant i spoke with failed to help me no one ever helped me so what is the plan b?
