Inhumane customer service

Nedbank is the worst bank i have ever used, no customer service whatsoever. i have been trying to access funds from my 32 day notice account as i have an emergency but they refuse to release my funds.

they are so inhumane, its not like i am asking for credit i just need them to release my money which they are holding hostage, i have this savings account for a long time and i have never made a withdrawal the one time i have an emergency and they will not give me my own money!!!
