Inhuman conduct by nedbank

<p>I open a nedbank account on in October my 1st salary went thru in November , on the 26th 10500 was taken from my account for a personal loan that was taken out in 2010, i was unaware that this was not paid as this was part off my divorce settlement, there was absolutly no communcation from Nedbank side to say this was going to happne, according to the NCA this is ********* behaviour , i have now made an arrangement to make payemnts of R1000 a month until the full amount is paid in full, i have sent thru all nesscersay documentation to your attorneys MDSP who have advised that they have sent nedbank numerous calls to have my money refunded to me yet nedbank doesnt care that me and my family will go hungry and might even be evicted due to this. I need the head of the legal department to call me urgently on ********** 815 or i will be logging a dispute with the NCA. This is a mater of urgency </p>
