Ingid Louw Nedbank Investment

Good day,

My client Ingrid Louw made an Investment with Nedbank on the 17th of November 2024. She transferred R 368 000 from her Just Invest to her other Investment the Money Trader at Nedbank which had just over R 500 000 in that account. According to her calculations she had just under R 900 000 invested at Nedbank. She was assisted by Thabita at Nedbank Zevenwacht Mall at the ATM outside the branch to assist her with the transfer. She did not receive any proof that the actual funds were transferred as per her request. In January she realized that the R 368 000 did not reflect on her Nedbank App. She has been to the branch twice now with no answer,

She wanted to purchase an Apartment in George and use the funds as a deposit to secure the Property. She has lost the opportunity to buy the Property because her Money disappeared from her investment. I sincerely hope that she will get a solution as soon as possible,
