****** *****ing people's money

They are ******. They deducted R8. 50 twice from my account saying insufficient funds. When I called them they transferred me from services, to ***** department to services and then to card validation. Made me hold on for an hour. The ***** department guy was rude and arrogant. Don't ever use nedbank. Appalling service.
