Infuriated Client

I am deeply disgusted with Nedbank service delivery. Their service center is an absolute ******** of ********, clueless people who can't get anything done properly. I have been waiting for weeks to port my existing mobile number to Nedbank connect, the promise is 48-72 hours, what a joke!!!!!

I have been given Ref after Ref and told my problem has been escalated, and that they will phone me back with updates. No one ever phones me back. I have been with Nedbank for more than 28 years and have become totally infuriated with them and their level of bad service. I have put up with bad service in the past and have now reached my limit of tolerance, and am considering moving to another bank.
