Inflated Interest Rand Amount- Rand Value does not correlate to the interest Rate % at inception

Please note that i bought a car from Renault Duster 1.5 2019 model through MFC vehicle finance at an Interest rate of 13.99%, the initial capital borrowed was R352,272.66 and how on earth do i have a rand value interest of R203,013.81 at inception (total of R555,286.47), what algorithm are they using to calculate the interest rate ... Nedbank cannot explain, i spoke to the Agents and further spoke to Team Leader Khosi Biyela - who has no idea whatsoever as how the bank got to R203k interest, please i need to know how if the interest is 13.99% ... Nedbank how did you get to the interest amount ????

And your customer service sucks, more 15min waiting on a call. i have to go through complaints department to be assisted. The Team Leader transferred me to the wrong department.
