Ineptitude of Nedbank

Nedbank, in its infinite wisdom blocked my business account without warning today. My banker says it's for FICA, and will be fixed by 11:00 as I submitted all required documents last year. Also, no one was warned that they need these (which are already on their system). Then I'm told they blocked many accounts and can't give authorization quick enough, but it will be done by 15h00. I now can't pay a salary because of this mess. I can't get hold of my banker.
