Inept Nedbank Rocklands Bloemfontein Branch

I am not surprised as the ineptitude of Nedbank as I used to be their client. A lady at Nedbank in Rocklands, Bloemfontein, refused to transfer money from her to an Absa account. She told my mother, a pensioner, that Nedbank does not transfer money to other banks. My mother, as Nedbank client, should make the transfer via internet banking. My mother explained that she's old and thus not into internet banking. The lady still refused to help. What makes this a bitter pill to swallow is that the lady at Nedbank Fluerdal Mall, Bloemfontein, gladly helped my mother. I left Nedbank because of their ******.
