Ineffective system

I tried to delink a social club account which has been dormant for over 3 years from my personal profile which has also affected a personal investment I opened through the money app but I'm being sent from one consultant to another. From the branch, to the app and about 4 call center agents no one seems to know what to do just passing the bug and it's now over 3 months of waiting. I am so frustrated I just want my money and nothing to do with Nedbank anymore.
