Increment on Home loan Without explanation

These guys if they are not dropping calls they are explanation is blamed on a system. I was asking for assistance on why is my home loan bond increased whereas the interest rates are still the same. I called in and got hold of the girl at the collections department by the name of Tshegofatso. she asked me what exactly do i want from her department, when i asked her to punch in my id number she dropped. I called again, got hold of Tshawe Sodela a "Home loan specialist" he said the increment is done by the system. i told him that the system is controlled by the human being. He asked me to wait for his supervisor that is on leave as i asked him to return my monthly installment back to its original installment.

The service at Nedbank i do not wana lie IT'S ****** PATHETIC THE UNPROFFESSIONAL STAFF LIKE TSHEGOFATSO FROM THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT. Nedbank is owing me money for the insurance I never authorized. They think i am a millionaire or something. The service there is really pathetic and costing us money. I really had to expose this for real.
