Incredibly slow

Good day, I had to wait 44 minutes Just to get helped at this branch. There are tills that have no nedbank employees behind them. It's a working day and I cannot afford to wait so long on one simple little task. There is no point in having a ticketing system if it clearly does not speed service up. This is not the first time this happend at this branch. <br> <br> I report it to a staff member who couldnt even manage the situation as there's a person before me who has waited an hour. <br> <br> The service is beyond shocking.
