Incredibly poor service from Nedbank

This must easily be the worst bank in South Africa, but possible the world. Our HOA account was frozen because of a FICA requirement, and after submitting all relevant documentation, absolutely nothing has happened. No communication, no follow-up, no resolution of the problem. If I could, I would have given them a zero star rating, they are that bad. How they stay in business is impossible to understand, because their service is so poor that I cannot imagine why anyone would do business with this bunch of arrogant amateurs.
