Incorrent Payment Information Submitted to Credit Bureaus

Nedbank submitted incorrect information regarding my payment history to the credit bearues. They sumbitted that my credit card account was in Arears on May 2021 while three payments were made on that mont and the the payments were made in time. The first initial payment was made on the 25th of May but on their pdf format bank statment shows that the payment was made on the 26th while on the transaction history on the app and on the excel format bank statemtn it shows that the payment was recieved on the 25th.
