Incorrectly listed as a "defaulter"

I have a payment arrangement in place since 12th of July, in writing, to pay off my Credit card monthly until fully settled, of which I haven’t missed a single payment since July Getting weekly calls now that I’m about R13000 behind. Also app**** for a personal loan through another bank and was informed that Nedbank has listed me as a defaulter with the credit Buro for not paying monthly. All communications via email to Nedbank ends up at dead ends. How can this be resolved and dealt with ?
