INCORRECTLY DEBITED R5000

Nedbank debited my Gold cheque account for R5000 without authorization for a credit card payment on 2023/04/06 and they have not reversed their mistake even now on 2023/04/11, I tried calling their card collections team over 20 times and still no one could resolve this issue
