Incorrectly advertised repossessed property

Yesterday my mother-Inlaw called telling us that there are people coming to the house to view the house claiming that her house is being repossessed by Nedbank. The problem is that the house is currently financed through Standard Bank not Nedbank. We called Standard Bank and they too had no clue what was going on and directed us to Nedbank. This is when I spoke to Chantal who told me she was driving and couldn't help. Today I called since coming in the morning and she just does not answer. I sent an email and that too was not acknowledged or even answered. The problem is this has put my mother inlaw's health at risk because she suffers from health complication with my father in law being in hospital and unable to provide support to her. <br> Please can someone rectify this issue. Contact us and clarify this mess. We are now seriously concerned if this is not a ***** case but are not getting any help. I am available to discuss and provide support where needed to have this issue resolved. Our house advertised on your website has a reference number 827030. We want this evolved with matter of urgency we can provide the necessary feedback to our parents.
