Incorrect surname: cards v account name

I opened a current account last year using my new surname, cards were issued and went to branch to fica and set pin with my new ID.

In January this year I noticed that even though I have cards reflecting my new surname and account confirmation letter accordingly, my statement and account name is still my old surname.

This has implications on my sars and professional work. I have raised this and actually have the following references from chats on the app:

This is so embarrassing for a bank so big not to pick this error, let alone not know how to fix it and only settle to pointing one department as at fault.
