incorrect rate

on the 26 feb 2016 at about 10.25am i called the dealers department for a rate as i needed to transfer an amount of $399473.90 from my cfc account to my current bussiness account. the rate given to me by shenaaz was 16.4775 and i confirmed this rate with her 3 times just to make certain it was the correct rate .hence when the transfer was made it came in at a rate of 15.4775. i have left a message for shenaaz on friday though our nedbank here at the diamond center but have not gotten a response as yet.i want this matter sorted out.
