Incorrect Judgement

Since October of last year i have been struggling to get an incorrect judgement removed from my name. This judgement was added to my name in 2022 for a credit card account that was last used in 2014. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Halima who is completely useless and doesn't bother to respond to emails. when she does respond its merely to tell me she escalated the matter. How many times do you want to escalate the matter? Its been 5 months and this judgement is still there and is affecting my Credit Record. I have on record that the judgement was placed incorrectly and it will be rescinded and removed from my profile. but how must i wait for this too happen. Pathetic service really.
