Incorrect ITC listing

I have been paying my home loan on time for such a long period of time. I do not have any arrears on my account, Nedbank home loan dept flagged me as in arrears on my ITC report. I called and they said it would be fixed by the end of Dec as they aren’t any arrears on my account.

This is causing problems for me and it seems their consult **** when they said they would fix it
