Incorrect information provided by the bank to make sales!

I opened an account with them and I told the consultant that I will be using the account specifically for Trading and the consultant told me he will help opening the account. Midrand Boulders shopping complex that's where I opened the account. I was told I will be able to use the account to deposit and withdraw from my trading platform without any hesitation. I did the deposit using my card and the transactions the I did when making those investments went through and I used my last money as I knew I will be profitable. I profited on my trading platform and requested for a withdrawal. The funds reached my bank however I was told they going to return the funds as the method used was incorrect. I used the only method that I was told from the onset when opening the account but now I am not able to receive funds from my broker. It was all good when they were making sales and now I am suffering because I used the method they told me to use to make that investment. My life is on hold as I have send queries to the branch, customer services but with no luck no one wants to resolve my query. I have used the account to make investments with several brokers and I want to withdraw however the bank will return my money to the broker and still have the guards to charge me for the transaction I did not receive the funds.
