Incorrect information proven with a credit report

Good Day

I app**** for credit at Nedbank and it was declined, only to find out that there system is reflecting a loan of I don't know when and how much it is ...

I was transfered to the Nedbank Legal Department and I said that nothing is reflecting on my credit report and nothing has been on my credit report for the past 6 years...

They said I should email my credit report which I did and I never got any feedback. I then called again and the same thing was said to me and the consultant told me that she would revert back to me with feedback.

Nedbanks automated email says they will get back to me within 72 hours, well it's almost a month later and I never got any feedback from nobody.

Can someone please find out what is happening and correct any default listed from your side as I have forwarded the my credit report with no default reflecting on it ...

It makes me wonder why nobody got back to me as yet????
