Incorrect information not updated

I have been trying to sort out the issue of my name being on debt review for many years now. I now contacted the debt counsellor who sent all the proof that my name was removed and banks were informed. i have checked all the credit bureaus and indeed i am not flagged as being under debt review, except for nedbank who refuse to remove my name.
