i app**** for loan sometimes last week over the phone i spoke to Ruwuida who told me to go to any nedbank branch, told her i weill go to westgate branch i asked her what document must it take with me, she told me to get my proof of adress and payslip i asked her if a had to take my bank statement she told me there is no need for bank statement as they can ask for one directly from the bank, asked her i if its possible to get statement even if am banking with different bank she said yes only to my suprise when get to westgate nedbankMelusi the consultant who helped me he told me must get my three month bank statement had to go to the bankl wait for an hour to get my statement after that had to be in the que again for me to get helped am very dispointed with the service am getting from nedbank never called nedbank and get satisfaction every time had to complain with the service am getting from you i app**** for a lona even today still got no feedback, can someone call em and tell me whats heppening with application
