Incorrect Home Loan Account

I have been querying my homeloan amount for a while now with Nedbank but do not seem to get proper clarity. I think this is grounds to go to the relevant Ombudsman or body to investigate this. Interest rates are being adjusted. I receive a statement on what my home loan payment should be but the amount being deducted is higher. Previously on querying I receive a generic response.
