Incorrect email was NOT corrected

On 22 August, I called Nedbank Investments and notified them that my statements were sent to an old and incorrect email address. I requested that my statements be sent to my new email address. I was assured that this would be corrected immediately. Ref No: *** Today I once again received the statement below at the incorrect email address!
